• La Capilla Mayor to the west, the entrance from the east, and six capillas laterales;
• La Cúpula is thirty-three meters in diameter (3rd largest hemispherical dome in Christendom, recently restored);
• frescos by Casto Plasencia, Alejandro Ferrant y Fischermans, Salvador Martínez Cubells, Francisco Jover, Manuel Domínguez on a design by Carlos Luis de Ribera y Fieve;
• the panel opposite, facing the entrance, is "Nuestra Señora de los Ángeles" (Coronación de la Virgen);
• the flanking leaves show the Queen (left) and King (right) of Spain – likely the royal patrons Carlos III and María Amalia;
• the Capilla de San Bernardino, the first chapel on the left (southeast), with the central image of "San Bernardino de Siena Predicando ante Alfonso V" (1784) by Francisco de Goya;
• "San Buenaventura ante el Sepulcro de San Antonio" (the chapel's left, Antonio González Velázquez), "San Antonio de Padua" (right, Andrés de la Calleja), and "Las Virtudes Coronadas por los Ángeles" (dome, Luis Menéndez Pidal);
